Recommendations for young people

Highlight special aspects of your life that you are proud of and that recommend you for a specific school or company.

Here are a few examples:

  • Life stories: How you overcame an obstacle or what motivates you to succeed;
  • Talent showcases: Videos in which you show yourself singing, painting, or practicing a craft (welding, for example);
  • School Projects: An invention, an award-winning essay, or a volunteer project;
  • Olympic Experience: Tips for other students on how to prepare.

Schools and universities

Present the school or university in such a way that young people looking for a specific field of study will want to attend it.

For example:

  • Campus Tour: Photos and videos of the labs, gyms, and library;
  • Educational Opportunities: Details about new departments, special courses, and available scholarships;
  • Student Success Stories: Interviews with graduates who have gone on to successful careers.

Companies in the labor market

Young people need jobs. Show them something that will catch their attention and convince them to choose a job at the company you represent.

For example:

  • A Day at Work: A short video showcasing the company’s atmosphere;
  • Career Opportunities: What skills you look for in young employees and what positions are currently available;
  • Career Guide: Advice from professionals (engineers, economists, computer scientists, doctors, lawyers etc.) for those just starting out.

Experts

Educational, professional, and life experiences, combined with expertise and dedication, are an invaluable source of useful information for young people just starting out.

Here are two examples that might inspire you:

  • Labor Market Analysis: Articles on the jobs of the future;
  • Mentoring Tips: How to choose the right college or how to prepare for your first job interview.
