Your potential, our support, your future
Smarval was created at the suggestion of young people, for young people in Romania.
Our Mission
Let us guide young people toward informed choices in education and career, while providing visibility for their skills and achievements.
Our Vision
A community where young people, education, and employers connect through trust, respect, and collaboration.
Our Values
Competence, experience, clarity, respect, learning, collaboration, and a focus on real, practical values.
Why Smarval
Smarval is designed to provide mutual visibility and direct access to information for young people on the one hand, schools, universities, and companies in the labor market on the other, with the ultimate goal of facilitating the path of young people in Romania toward education or careers.
Young people
Whether they are looking for a specific school or a job that suits their desires, they can use Smarval to showcase their achievements, skills, or passions, thus becoming known both at home and abroad.

Schools, universities, and companies
In search of young people who can live up to their expectations, they promote their specific educational or professional programs or projects through Smarval, in order to capture the interest of the young people they so desperately need.

Therefore, young people, schools, universities, or companies in the labor market who want to increase their visibility have the opportunity to send Smarval, 👉via the Submit an Article page, everything they believe best represents them, in the form of articles: text, photos, and video materials.
Next, all articles are reviewed by the Smarval team to ensure quality, relevance, and alignment with the platform’s mission, after which they are published on the 👉Smarval Journal page.
Smarval is a long-term project, built step by step. Readers who want to follow its progress 👉can Subscribe here.
Who is behind Smarval?

Smarval was founded and is coordinated by an expert in the Romanian labor market, with extensive experience in university education, professional training, recruitment, assessment, and youth development.
The initiative is based on long-term collaborations with schools, universities, and companies, and directly responds to the need expressed by young people in Romania for a clear, accessible, and respectful space for information, guidance, and promotion. This need is also reflected in broader international analyses of youth, education, and access to opportunities, such as those presented in the UNESCO Global Education Monitoring Report / 2026 Youth Report: Lead with youth.
At the same time, Smarval benefits from the support and expertise of specialists and teachers from various fields, both in Romania and abroad, who share the same vision: motivating and supporting young people in Romania in building valuable educational and professional paths.
