Content removal procedure

This procedure explains how Smarval handles requests to remove published content (text, images, videos or comments) from the platform.
Smarval respects the rights of individuals and is committed to responding promptly and responsibly to such requests.

- keep content (if justified, with explanation)
In most cases, especially when personal image is involved, removal will be granted upon request.

- Requests involving minors will be treated with priority and increased sensitivity.

- If the content was submitted through a school or teacher, Smarval can inform the institution and collaborate to resolve the request.
